This Howrah industrial expansion required a coordinated structural-steel framework capable of supporting the planned building envelope and operational layout. Columns, beams, trusses, connections, and erection interfaces had to follow approved dimensions and a practical site-installation sequence.
Material identification was maintained through cutting, drilling, fit-up, welding, and assembly. Members and connection plates were checked during fabrication, marked for erection, and dispatched in an organised sequence to support efficient handling and installation at the project site.
Quality controls included dimensional checks, weld inspection, hole alignment, member straightness, surface preparation, and coating review. The resulting framework provided a dependable structural package with fabrication and delivery coordinated around actual erection requirements.
